About

Overview

A client in the hospitality and rental ecosystem required a technical concept to address double bookings, a common challenge when listing properties across multiple booking platforms. HEPIUS provided in-depth advisory to shape the system’s architecture, synchronization logic, and platform roadmap.

Scope of the Project
  • Mapping of booking platform APIs and synchronization patterns
  • Identification of conflict zones in multi-channel availability
  • Evaluation of third-party channel managers for cost and technical fit
  • UX-focused bootstrapping of reservation flows and management interfaces
  • Proof-of-concept demonstrating real-time availability alignment

HEPIUS Responsibilities
  • Technical advisory from concept to feasibility
  • System landscape definition with an API-first mindset
  • Analysis of channel manager integrations and price–value trade-offs
  • Prototype design validating automated conflict prevention
  • Guidance on go-to-market technical structure and strategic priorities

Technology Components
