Remote First
We trust each other, learn from one another, and picture every project as a way to express our passion for software. Over time, we decided to get rid of operational offices, but instead meet in the frequency and intensity of the projects and products.
The team meets in person for company events and twice a week online but prefers the individual office spaces.
The story behind how our company was founded
The primary incentive to found HEPIUS Software was to change something for the good in the Austrian Healthcare System, in particular the field of pediatrics. After some months, it turned out, that this is not the only area where user-centered software development can make lives easier and operations more efficient. Hence, we included pulmonology in our portfolio and since 2022 are also open for individual software projects.
We are a paperless company, exchange digitally signed documents and use e-ink devices for our daily notes and doodles.
